What is Flexischools?
Flexischools is a third-party platform used by many schools to manage online canteen ordering, payments and canteen communications.
How do I register for Flexischools?

What time do online orders close?
Online orders close at 9:00am on the day of service and collection.
Why is online ordering cheaper than counter purchases?
Online orders are priced approximately 5% lower because pre-ordering improves efficiency and reduces pressure during peak service windows. It helps us prepare accurately and reduce queues.
Are there fees when ordering online?
Flexischools is a third-party platform and applies its own fees (for example, a small per-order charge and payment processing costs). These are set by Flexischools and displayed clearly at checkout.
Counter purchases & payments
Can students still buy food at the counter?
Yes. Students can purchase at the counter during service windows, subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept at the counter?
We accept Cash and EFTPOS. Mobile phone payments are not permitted at school.
Why might an item sell out at the counter?
Some items have limited quantities and are prepared based on demand. Online ordering is the best way to secure items in advance.
Absences, missing items & order issues
What happens if my child is absent and I placed an online order?
If your child is absent, please contact us as early as possible on the school day with the student name and order details. We will assess the situation fairly, taking into account preparation timing and food safety considerations.
Can I cancel or change an online order?
Flexischools allows families to manage orders within the app prior to cut-off times. If you require further assistance, contact us with the order details and we'll advise what is possible.
An item was missing or incorrect — what should I do?
Please contact us with: student name and year, date of order, service window (Breakfast/Recess/Lunch), and item(s) affected. We will review and resolve the issue appropriately.
Special school days, excursions & take-home options
What happens on excursions, carnivals or altered timetables?
Service times and menu availability may change on special school days. Where possible, updates are communicated in advance via Flexischools and the school newsletter.
Do you provide food options for excursions or off-site activities?
Yes. Where required, we can support school-approved excursions or off-site activities with pre-ordered meal options coordinated through the school. Details, eligibility and ordering instructions are communicated when relevant via Flexischools and school channels.
Do you offer take-home meals?
From time to time, take-home meal options may be offered for added convenience. If available, these will be clearly listed in Flexischools with ordering details and collection instructions. Availability may vary depending on school requirements, timing and operational considerations.
Dietary questions
Do you cater for allergies and special diets?
We aim to provide clear labelling and practical options where possible. However, because a canteen is a shared environment, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation. Please see our Dietary & Food Safety page and contact us for severe allergies or complex needs.
Do you have halal options?
