Ordering, Refunds & Cancellations

Online ordering

Online ordering is managed through Flexischools. Orders close at 9:00am on the day of service.

Flexischools applies its own platform fees, which are displayed clearly at checkout.

Absences & cancellations

If a student is absent and an online order has been placed, families should contact the canteen as early as possible on the school day.

Refunds or credits are assessed fairly, taking into account:

• preparation timing
• food safety requirements
• whether the order can reasonably be cancelled or reallocated

Incorrect or missing items

If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us with:

• student name
• date of order
• service window
• item(s) affected

We will review the matter and resolve it appropriately.
